How to measure your dog for the right harness size

Chest (most important): With your dog standing, wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. Keep it snug but not tight — you should be able to slide two fingers between the tape and your dog's body. This is the measurement to use when selecting your size.

Neck: Wrap the tape around the base of your dog's neck, close to the shoulders. Again, two fingers should fit comfortably between the tape and the neck.

If your dog is between sizes, size up. You can always adjust the straps for a snug fit — but a harness that is too small cannot be made to work.
