Buddy & Joy currently ships Australia-wide.

 

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

 

If you are located outside Australia, please email hello@buddynjoy.co before placing your order. International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, with all shipping costs to be covered by the customer.

2. order processing time

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

During peak periods, promotional launches, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. shipping methods & estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: typically 2–6 business days
  • Express Shipping (if selected at checkout): typically 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, including remote or regional areas.

 

Transit time begins once the order has been dispatched.

4. shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

If a free shipping promotion is running, this will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

 

For international orders arranged on request, all shipping costs must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST where applicable.

5. tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

6. incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

 

Buddy & Joy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may:

  • Pay for re-shipping; or
  • Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

7. lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@buddynjoy.co within 7 days of confirmed delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout, please contact us so we can assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.

 

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

 

Buddy & Joy is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside of our control.
